BLUE SKIES LANDSCAPE MAINTENACE In 1979, Pete Navarro started Blue Skies Landscape Maintenance (BSLM) with one truck, a few pieces of equipment and a lot of hard work. Twenty four years later, the company has become one of the most recognized organizations in the San Diego area landscape industry. Today, the company employs 70 well trained people and operates a fleet of 25 vehicles. “We still do business the old fashioned way” says Pete, with pride.
